Aurora has never been alone: seven husbands, one child and her dogs are part of her past. Now, at 87 years old, she lives alone in her apartment. Her strongest motivation is the call of her grandson to tell her good night.
Laura Garcia began her film career working in the sponsorship department at the Riviera Maya Film Festival, and from there in guest services at the Cabos Film Festival. In 2016 she worked in the final edition of the RMFF. She went on to produce The Man From Another Dimension by Wes Whittaker, which premiered at Dances With Films in Los Angeles. She also produced Carlos Tapia's short film Satan, winner of the best student short film at the Palm Springs International ShortFest. She's currently in development on Juan Manuel Sepulveda's La Sombra del Desierto in addition to releasing the short film Aurora, her directorial debut.
