Sinopsis / Synopsis:
Miranda is a college student who is writing a thesis project about haiku, with an experimental twist that her advisor doesn't understand. Communication between them is becoming more difficult because she speaks all kinds of languages (without understanding them) except for Spanish (the only one she can understand). In the middle of the stressful moment she is having, Miranda buys a leaking painting of a lake.
Biografía / Biography:
She enrolled in the Escuela Nacional de Artes Cinematográficas in 2018 and has since been active in the film industry as a screenwriter and director. Her short documentary "Oh butterfly, what do you dream of when you flap your wings?" was part of the official selection at the 2020 Morelia International Film Festival and was a semifinalist at the 2020 Student Academy Awards. Her fiction short film "Qualia" was selected for the Monterrey International Film Festival 2020.
