Synopsis
The first time Hugo Montero entered the psychiatric hospital he was twenty years old. He died in there when he was eighty five. He wrote hundreds of poems behind those walls. In 2004 he had a book published, Darkness. In the prologue he wrote, Is writing perhaps resurrect?

Biography

Omar Alarcón (Bolivia, 1986). His short films have won the national film award in Bolivia on several occasions. 
His first short film Mirando el espejo was shown in 40 countries receiving the first place in Festimaj 2017 (International Short Film Festival in France). 
He has just released his first feature film Black Sea with which he has received the Best Director award in Bolivia in 2018. 
He has also published the poetry book El corazón entrega sus muertos (Bolivia, 2008).
