Sinopsis / Synopsis:

In Greek mythology there were colossal creatures with fifty heads and a hundred arms. Like an illustration in a bestiary, this short film depicts the titan in the contemporary city. The concrete masses on the outskirts of Mexico City are today's version of the giant, recorded through film footage.

Biografía / Biography:

Graduated from the School of Philosophy of the FFyL of the UNAM, he is a critic, researcher, programmer and filmmaker. He has taught courses and workshops on film, published texts on film and art in editions such as Empire, La Tempestad, Tierra Adentro and has also published in books such as Un cine revolucionado edited by INBA and the special edition of Correspondencias edited by FICUNAM and TV UNAM.
From 2015 to 2022 he was in charge of the press office at the Cineteca Nacional. In 2020 he created and programmed Daimon, International Streaming Film Showcase, with the support of Filminlatino (IMCINE).
