Isra and Cheito are two brothers who have taken very different paths in life. When Isra gets released from prison and Cheito comes home after a long tour with the Marines, they both return to the island of San Fernando. This reunion of the two brothers will bring back the memory of their father’s violent death when they were just boys; the need to get on with their lives and finally come to terms with the tragedy will bring them together again.
Isaki Lacuesta is a director, scriptwriter and producer. He has written and directed nine feature films and several documentaries for TV. His films have been shown at festivals around the world and in prestigious artistic centers such as MOMA, the National Gallery in Washington, Lincoln Center and Anthology Film Archives and The Paris Centre Pompidou. He has made several short films and installations for exhibitions and written several feature and documentary scripts. He combines filmmaking with teaching and collaborated in different media writing articles about cinema, music and literature.
