Confined in a room, Shinji is a young Hikikomori struggling to come to terms with reality when a strange virtual presence called Reiko comes into his life to help him cope with solitude and depression.
Raphael Duracell is a Paris-based Mexican film editor, filmmaker, video artist and musician. His work focuses in exploring contemporary subjects such as love, loneliness, alienation, irony, power structures and hyper-communication in an ever-accelerating present.
